Preserving and teaching Black history through creative, practical, and sustainable methods.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Sacred Memory Project is a joint initiative of the AND Campaign and Black Church Empowered, created to mobilize Black churches as sanctuaries of faith and sacred archives of history. Together, we aim to ensure that the Black church remains a trusted center for truth, cultural preservation, and intergenerational connection.

MISSION & VISION
Mobilize Black churches as guardians of truth by preserving and teaching Black history through creative, practical, and sustainable methods.
Every Black church a sanctuary of faith and a sacred archive of history, where the past fuels power and sustains promise.
